Wheelchairs mean many matters to different human beings. They can be a short duration assistance for improving or they may be long time important sources of movement. There are 2 varieties of wheelchairs, first one is the power wheelchair & the second one is the manual wheelchair. Both wheelchairs have limitations & merits. The manual wheel chair is divided into 2 classes, the rigid and the folding frame. The folding wheelchair folds together (wheel against wheel) for very easy packed carrying. But folding frame chair has one disadvantage, it is more heavy than rigid frame. In the rigid frame wheelchair there are no scissor arms, which make the folding frame wheelchair too heavy and thus rigid frame is lighter. Rigid frames are at times mentioned as sport wheelchairs.
So there are two alternatives, either buy power wheelchairs or manual wheelchairs. If you have advantages of each then there are disadvantages also. Such a manual wheel chair gives the user a bodily workout in exercise of arm. The power wheel chair gives you a twenty mile limit in smooth travelling. A power wheelchair can be put to use effortlessly.The manual wheelchair
